Located in the iconic Blue Nile building, this 1000-square-foot retail space offers an uninterrupted shopping experience with dedicated parking and an expansive storefront that’s hard to miss. With its bright, spacious, and thoughtfully curated interior, the store embodies the elegance and femininity of the Ranna Gill brand while delivering an inviting, high-end shopping environment.

The primary challenge was to design a space that reflected the brand’s signature style while elevating the shopping experience to meet the standards of international high-end fashion brands. The design needed to optimize the 1000-square-foot layout for natural movement and circulation while ensuring the merchandise remained the central focus. Another challenge was to create a visually airy space with understated material choices that maintained a sense of luxury without overwhelming the customer. Additionally, integrating thoughtful lighting and cohesive design elements to guide shoppers seamlessly through the store was crucial.
To achieve a harmonious balance, the store was designed with a multilayered monochromatic concept that acts as a subtle canvas, allowing the merchandise to take center stage. Custom-made racks and delicately lit floating hangers were introduced as key highlights, complemented by mirrored platforms to add depth and drama to the otherwise minimal layout.
The iconic inlay flooring, inspired by abstract weaving, was incorporated to guide shoppers naturally through the space, enhancing the shopping journey. The material palette was intentionally understated, featuring clean lines and refined detailing that reflect the brand’s femininity and sophistication.
Lighting was meticulously integrated into the design, particularly in the display hangers, to highlight the merchandise and enhance the overall ambiance. This strategic lighting not only creates a warm and inviting atmosphere but also elevates the visual appeal of the products.
To enhance customer comfort, the store features well-appointed fitting rooms and a small seating area, providing a relaxing pause during a shopping spree. The result is a thoughtfully designed space that seamlessly blends style, functionality, and the Ranna Gill brand ethos, delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
