Designed with the central theme of “feel at home,” the office is a dynamic environment that accommodates the demands of modern work culture. The challenge was to design an office that seamlessly blended functionality with comfort while incorporating elements of sustainability and cutting-edge technology. The space needed to provide a balance between personal workstations and collaborative areas, with diverse seating options to support different work scenarios. Additionally, it was essential to create a vibrant environment that felt engaging yet homely, incorporating distinct zones for focused work, team collaborations, and social interactions. The inclusion of breakout areas, a cafeteria, and wellness facilities was critical to promoting holistic well-being and ensuring employees felt valued and motivated.
The resulting workspace is a vibrant, open-layout office infused with natural finishes and a grunge-industrial aesthetic. The design prioritizes movement, collaboration, and adaptability, offering varied seating options and communal workstations that balance personal and team needs. Breakout areas are strategically placed throughout the office, providing private retreat spaces and collaborative zones that inject vibrancy into the neutral palette with pops of color and creative textures.
Key features include exposed brick walls adorned with brand-inspired art, custom pine wood workstations with gunmetal-finished legs, and an exposed ceiling with rustic metal ducts that emphasize the industrial character. The zigzag layout of meeting rooms, accentuated by a parallel light installation, serves as a visual guide through the office and creates a dynamic spatial flow.
The cafeteria serves as a central social hub with green ceiling tones, turf grass, natural textures, and a panoramic view of the Gurgaon skyline. It is seamlessly connected to a lounge area with a “living room” aesthetic and multi-tiered seating, designed to accommodate large gatherings and town halls.
To enhance employee well-being, the office includes a silent room/infirmary, a gym with shower facilities, and custom writing boards placed throughout the space to encourage brainstorming and ideation. This holistic approach ensures the office is not just a workplace but a vibrant, engaging, and people-centric environment.
